fuse-convmvfs software package provides mirrors a whole filesystem tree from one charset to another, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fuse-convmvfs
fuse-convmvfs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fuse-convmvfs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fuse-convmvfs *
You will get with fuse-convmvfs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
